• We deliver to Waikiki hotels only.
• We deliver evengins starting around 6:30PM to 7:30PM (if not earlier).  FYI, We may list other available times for delivery please check on our FareHarbor Reservations.
•  For Bell delivery there is a fee ($5.00 for drop-off and $5.00 for pickup; except Standup Paddleboards it's $10.00 for drop-off and $10.00 for pickup.  This fee is for tipping bell desk workers.
• Also check with your hotel if they will be charging you extra storage fee.  Most hotels don't but some hotels do.
• Each overnight will be considered an additional day.   
• Example: 2 day rental, deliver Monday evening and pickup Wednesday evening.

REFUND POLICY:
-Once your reservation(s) are made then your payment is non-refundable.
-Sorry NO shows will NOT receive a refund or rescheduled.
(Note: We will not accept any reason).

EQUIPMENT THAT IS DAMAGE, STOLEN, OR 

LOST:
You agreed to pay for any DAMAGE, STOLEN, or LOST EQUIPMENT and your credit card on file will be automatically charged. See pricing below:

DAMAGED, STOLEN, OR LOST EQUIPMENT 

PRICING:
-Surfboard/Standup Paddle dings 1in to 3in will cost $50.00, 4in to 5in $75.00, 6in to 8in $100.00, 9ft to 12ft $125.00. Major ding/damage will result in surfboard/standup replacement $500.00 to $1000.00.
-Umbrellas; if any part of the umbrella is broken you will be charged $60.00.
-Beach Chairs; if any part of the beach chair is broken you will be charged $60.00.
-Standup Paddles; if paddle shaft or blade is broken then you will be charged $200.00.
-Boogieboards; if boogieboard is broken or has major damage you will be charged $75.00
-Snorkeling/Boogieboard fins; if an adjustable fin is broken you will be charged $25.00 per fin or $50.00 per set OR fixed colored fins you will be charged $20.00 per fin or $40.00 per set.
-Snorkeling Mask ONLY; if any part is broken you will be charged $30.00
-Snorkel ONLY; if any part is broken you will be charge $20.00
